The blast room system facilitates blast cleaning of large and medium-size components in a close confined area to minimize the risk of split abrasive and dust flying in the surrounding environment. National Enterprises designs and manufactures Blast Room System/ Enclosures by each customer’s requirements, component type, and usage. The operator performs blast cleaning within the blast room, duly wearing recommended operator safety wear and gear, which is available as ready stock with us. 
Our Blast Room systems include single or multiple Portable Abrasive Blasting Machines as per customers’ production output, requirements and Blast Room model; Abrasive Recovery & Re-cycling System, Dust Collecting System, Job Handling System, Wall Protection Rubber lining, Blast Room Flooring, Illumination, Electric Control Panel; and Operators’ Safety Wear Gear. 
A Blast Room Enclosure can be of modular construction or masonry construction. The modular blast room is a fully sealed, dust-tight, all-steel structure, viable to be made in varying sizes. The components are prefabricated for simple bolt­together erection on site. The enclosure stands on its own structural support without being connected to or with the surrounding facilities. The size of the enclosure depends on i) the size of the component/job; (ii) the number of operators; and (iii) adequate working space around the job.
